1- PU Court — The Polyurethane System
- A two-component polyurethane adhesive fixes the ready-made shock-absorbing pads.
- Applied with a notched V-Notch Trowel over dry, waterproofed concrete surfaces free of moisture, or over asphalt surfaces.
- A ready-made shock-absorbing pad of recycled rubber, 4–12 mm thick, forming the flexible base layer.
- A flexible polyurethane layer fills pores and prepares a uniform surface for the following layers, applied with a smooth metal trowel.
- A self-levelling polyurethane layer forms a multi-purpose floor with high shock-absorbing capacity.
- A final coloured matte coating in two perpendicular layers, to eliminate glare, applied with a V-Notch Trowel alongside a spiked roller.
2- Pour PU Court
- A polyurethane primer, applied by spray or brush, for optimal adhesion.
