Indoor Flooring
Details

Indoor rubber basketball flooring is the ideal solution for sports complexes and facilities looking for multi-purpose halls. We offer it through four flexible options to match your project’s requirements — self-levelling polyurethane systems, whether ready-made rolls or poured on-site, or flexible rubber-acrylic systems — for a coloured, matte sports surface that eliminates distracting light reflections.

Available Indoor Basketball Flooring Systems

Lead-in: Because every sports hall has different needs, we offer 4 certified indoor basketball flooring systems, giving you the flexibility to choose the performance level and shock absorption best suited to your hall:

1- PU Court — The Polyurethane System

  • A two-component polyurethane adhesive fixes the ready-made shock-absorbing pads.
  • Applied with a notched V-Notch Trowel over dry, waterproofed concrete surfaces free of moisture, or over asphalt surfaces.
  • A ready-made shock-absorbing pad of recycled rubber, 4–12 mm thick, forming the flexible base layer.
  • A flexible polyurethane layer fills pores and prepares a uniform surface for the following layers, applied with a smooth metal trowel.
  • A self-levelling polyurethane layer forms a multi-purpose floor with high shock-absorbing capacity.
  • A final coloured matte coating in two perpendicular layers, to eliminate glare, applied with a V-Notch Trowel alongside a spiked roller.

2- Pour PU Court

  • A polyurethane primer, applied by spray or brush, for optimal adhesion.
  • A flexible mix of recycled rubber granules poured on-site, 6–12 mm thick or more depending on performance requirements.
  • A flexible polyurethane layer fills pores and prepares a uniform surface.
  • A self-levelling layer forms a highly flexible, shock-absorbing multi-purpose floor.
  • A final coloured matte coating in two perpendicular layers, for a professional, glare-free look.

3- Rubber Shock Pad Court

  • Polyurethane adhesive fixes the ready-made shock-absorbing rolls to isolated surfaces.
  • A ready-made shock-absorbing layer of recycled rubber, 4–12 mm thick, as the flexible base cushion before finishing.
  • A fine acrylic layer combined with fine quartz sand, forming a multi-purpose base surface.
  • A final coloured, non-glossy finishing coat for a professional look that reduces light reflections.

4- Rubber Court

  • Polyurethane adhesive fixes the absorption layers to isolated surfaces.
  • A flexible mix of recycled rubber granules poured on-site, from 6 mm up to 14 mm or more depending on the project.
  • A fine acrylic layer combined with fine quartz sand, forming a uniform base surface.
  • A final coloured, non-glossy finishing coat, applied with an airless sprayer, for protection and a polished final look.
