Metal Structure

• Hot-dip galvanised steel, 2 to 4 mm thick depending on the structural design.
• Fully treated against rust and corrosion.
• Electrostatic powder coating for strong resistance to humidity and weather.

• A long service life, with reduced routine maintenance.

Tempered Glass

• Tempered glass, 10 or 12 mm thick.
• Fully polished edges with high impact resistance.

Steel Mesh

• Electrically welded steel mesh, galvanised and powder-coated.
• Resistant to rust and weather conditions.

Court Flooring

• A reinforced concrete base, 12 to 15 cm thick.
• Concrete of at least C25 grade or equivalent, reinforced with steel mesh according to the structural design.
• A gentle slope built in for water drainage.
• A completely level surface, free from any dips or cracking.

European Artificial Turf

• Artificial turf certified for padel, with pile heights from 10 to 15 mm.
• High-density Monofilament or Texturized fibres.
• Full resistance to UV rays and different weather conditions, with lasting colour stability.
• Consistent ball rebound and greater player comfort, with reduced injury risk and a long service life.

Silica Sand

• Washed, dried silica sand of high purity, free from impurities.
• Distributed evenly across the entire court surface.
• Anchors the turf fibres and improves player stability and ball rebound, while extending the turf’s service life.

Centre Net

• Made from high UV-resistant fibres.
• Fitted with a galvanised top tension cable.
• Galvanised, coated posts resistant to rust.

Lighting System

• Professional LED floodlights, 200 to 400 watts per fixture.
• A protection rating of at least IP65.
