MB Group
Steady Performance in Every Condition
We supply advanced outdoor acrylic flooring systems, built specifically for open courts, delivering higher operating rates all year round with complete protection against weather changes and sun exposure.

Outdoor acrylic flooring is the standard choice for clubs and academies looking for multi-purpose courts that combine economical operation and durability. It’s applied over dry asphalt or concrete surfaces for a completely level, anti-slip surface, using multi-layer technology that delivers regulation, consistent ball rebound for tennis.
Available Outdoor Court Flooring Systems
We offer 4 certified systems for outdoor tennis court flooring, suited to different levels, budgets and needs, from economical to premium, high-flexibility systems:
Hard Court — The Economical Hard System
- Acrylic primer, applied by spray or brush, for better adhesion.
- An acrylic pore-sealing and levelling layer, with high resistance to weather conditions after drying.
- A final acrylic anti-slip coating, giving a multi-purpose system lasting durability.

Soft Court 6mm — The Ultra-Smooth Cushioned System
- Acrylic primer, applied by spray or brush.
- An acrylic pore-sealing and levelling layer before cushioning.
- Five interlocking cushion layers of compressed acrylic-bound SBR rubber granules, for highly efficient shock absorption.
- Two additional smooth acrylic layers for extra uniformity and comfort.
- A final anti-slip acrylic coating, with a professional sports finish.

Rubber Mat Court — The Ready-Made Rubber Roll System
- Polyurethane adhesive to fix the ready-made shock-absorbing rolls.
- A shock-absorbing layer, 4–12 mm thick, using recycled rubber matched to the project’s requirements.
- A final anti-slip acrylic coating, applied in one or two layers for a more comfortable, durable court surface.

PU Court — The Professional Polyurethane System
- Polyurethane primer, applied by spray or brush.
- A dedicated shock-absorbing layer, 6–12 mm thick, matched to the performance needed.
- A polyurethane pore-sealing layer for a uniform surface before final levelling.
- A self-levelling layer for a multi-purpose sports flooring system.
- A final UV-resistant coating, applied in interlocking layers for protection and a polished look.

Surface Preparation Requirements Before Installation
- applies only to dry asphalt or concrete surfaces, cured for at least 40 days.
- The surface must be completely free from rising damp issues.
- The surface must be free from dust, oils, grease and loose particles, to guarantee strong adhesion.
- Final performance depends on the surface being properly prepared and installed, following the manufacturer’s application instructions.
