Outdoor Flooring
Details

A volleyball match is only as good as the floor it’s played on. We build outdoor systems in hard acrylic, cushioned, rubber roll, and polyurethane, giving you courts that grip well, feel comfortable, and last for years outdoors.

Outdoor Volleyball Flooring Systems

Pick from 4 certified systems, built for different levels of performance, durability, and comfort:

1- Hard Court

  • Acrylic primer, sprayed or brushed on for better grip.
  • An acrylic layer that seals pores and smooths the surface, weather-resistant once dry.
  • A flexible, anti-slip acrylic top coat, built for long-term durability on a multi-use floor.

2- 6mm Soft Court

  • Acrylic primer, sprayed or brushed on.
  • An acrylic pore-sealing layer before cushioning.
  • Five layered coats of poured rubber and SBR granules, absorbing the shock of jumping.
  • Two extra soft rubber layers for a smoother, more comfortable feel.
  • A final anti-slip acrylic coat for a high-quality sports finish.

3- Rubber Mat Court

  • Polyurethane adhesive to fix the ready-made shock-absorbing rolls.
  • A shock-absorbing layer, 4–12 mm, using recycled rubber matched to the project.
  • A flexible, anti-slip acrylic coat in at least two layers, for a comfortable floor all year.

4- PU Court

  • Polyurethane primer, sprayed or brushed on.
  • A shock-absorbing rubber layer, 6–12 mm or more depending on performance needs.
  • A polyurethane pore-sealing layer for a uniform surface before final levelling.
  • A self-levelling layer for a multi-use sports floor.
  • A UV-resistant top coat in two layers, for protection and a polished look.
